The owners:


Shuki Shai
Shuki is a businessman who resides in London but whose businesses are spread
throughout London, Europe and Africa. Shuki is a Technion (Institute of Technology)
graduate, having an MA degree in Operations Research.


Shosh Bar-on
Shosh lives in Kiryat Tiv’on. She holds a Master’s degree in art therapy.
Shosh is responsible for the design and artistic development of the winery as well as marketing in Haifa and the northern region.


Itzahk & Gilat Ribak
The Ribaks are members of Moshav Eliyad.
Itzhak is a farmer who manages the winery’s vineyards.



Uri Hetz
Uri Hetz  completed his bachelors degree in Fermentation Science at Oregon state
University in the USA. After a training period at Joseph Phelps winery in Napa Valley California, Continued to pursue his Master degree.
Uri became winemaker at Chateau Golan in 2001 and during 2004, joind as a partner.

Boaz Solash
Marketing Manager
Boaz lives in Ramat HaSharon. He holds a degree in business administration
and marketing.
A seven-year wine industry veteran who has held various positions,
Boaz has been the winery’s marketing manager for the past four years.


 
Sagi Goldstein
Winery Manager
A second-generation Golan Heights resident, Sagi lives at Bnei Yehuda.
He has been managing the winery since 2005.



Or Bar-Yamin
Events Manager
Or is a second-generation Golan Heights resident, living at Kibbutz Afik.
She has been working at the winery for approximately three years.
