| Eliad is a Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine, made from select parcels and sesigned to capture the most pure and distinctive expression of that variety in each vintage. Eliad 2006 is a blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3.5% Merlot and 3.5 Petit Verdot. The grapes were all hand-harvested at the estate vineyard and then vinified and aged separately for 12 months. The final blend was returned to barrels for three more months before it was bottled. |

| The Syrah 2006 is made of 89% Syrah, 8% Grenache and 3% Petit Syrah, hand-harvested at the estate vineyard. The wines went through a spontaneous fermentation and were then aged for a year and finally blended and bottled. |

Eliad is a Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine, made from select parcels and designed to capture the most pure and distinctive expression of that variety in each vintage. Eliad 2007 is a blend of 89.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot and 3.5% Merlot. The grapes were all hand-harvested at the estate vineyard and then vinified and aged separately for 13 months in French oak barrels. The final blend was returned to barrels for three more months and was then bottled.
