Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 is a blend of five different parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon,11% Cabernet Franc and 1.5% Petit Verdot.
The grapes were all hand -harvested at the estate vineyard, vinified and aged separately for a year and finally blended and bottled.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 is an intense wine yet not too heavy or sweet. The nose is a blend of cassis, leaves and cedar with some sweet vanilla and coconut, the mouth is vivid and juicy with a medium body and a slightly more tart and salty balance than usual.
