Eliad is a Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine, made from select parcels and designed to capture the most pure and distinctive expression of that variety in each vintage. Eliad 2007 is a blend of 89.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot and 3.5% Merlot. The grapes were all hand-harvested at the estate vineyard and then vinified and aged separately for 13 months in French oak barrels. The final blend was returned to barrels for three more months and was then bottled.

Eliad 2008 is a blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot and 3% Syrah. The grapes were all hand-harvested at the estate vineyard and then vinified and aged separately for 12 months in French oak barrels. The final blend was returned to barrels for two more months and was then bottled. |
